      August 28, 29, and 30
Friday and Saturday at 2:30 pm in 35below; Sunday at 2:30 pm at the Reuter Center on UNCA’s campus

Antonio, an antisemitic merchant, takes a loan from the Jew Shylock to help his friend to court Portia. Antonio can’t repay the loan, and without mercy, Shylock demands a pound of his flesh. This sets in motion a thrilling and clandestine journey, where love, money, and religion take center stage, spinning a timeless classic as relevant today as it was in 1599.
