      Gentle Yoga Series

      This is a gentle yoga class designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance. We will focus on pranayama, or breathing techniques, asana, or yoga postures, sivasana or a brief rest with gong, and a meditation. There is no yoga experience or expertise required and all levels of experience are welcome. When I teach, I blend three lineages: Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Viniyoga. My classes are very gentle and are designed for you to leave feeling grounded, balanced and integrated. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat and water. If you do not own a yoga mat, I have some extras to share.
